Monday through Thursday I'm open from 9am to 5pm. Friday is 10am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday I'm only open if you made an appointment before hand. And Saturday and Sunday I add an extra 20 dollars to your deposit.

No not necessarily That's why I have a client customer contract wrote up that you and I will both sign before I even start cleaning. It just states that if I find something broken that I didn't break that I'm not reliable for fixing things that were broken before I even came. Also it's client customer confidentiality.
Yes I do offer discounts if you continue to be a long live client and only have your home or office clean by me then you would get a discount at some rate later down the road and people that are over the age of 60 they get a 25% off their whole service except spot cleaning and tidying up because they are the cheapest pricing of services.
Yes Fritz cleaning 100% uses eco-friendly and pet friendly cleaners because I know a lot of people have animals including myself and I wouldn't want anything happening to them.
